The stylists at Serenity Salon & Spa by Tobey require no less than a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling before your appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling made after the 24-hour window will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. If the card on file is declined, the fees will be added to next appointment. A 15 minute grace period will be allowed before counting as a no-show.
